When I first started seeing Jessica, I was in the midst of a mental health crisis. She listened with empathy and understanding and created a treatment plan that focused on my overall wellbeing. She responded quickly to my needs and she was readily available if I was experiencing any issues. In this day and age, it is often difficult to find a provider who is highly competent and also patient focused. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about people. I've been seeing NP Stoelting virtually for the past few months, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very first session, she has made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease, despite the virtual environment.
